Service and operator

SpotBid is a directory selling online advertising placements, operated by ClapClip. Contact: support@clapclip.net. By submitting a tool or buying a placement you accept these terms and the placement rules. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

Listings and submissions

You must have permission to promote the product and provide truthful descriptions. You retain rights to your content and grant us permission to display it to operate and promote the directory. You are responsible for your website and its claims. We can review, edit for accuracy or presentation, reject, or remove listings that violate the rules. Approval does not endorse a product.

Advertising payments

Placements are one-time purchases in USD, processed through Stripe. We credit only confirmed payments. Checkout buys the displayed amount of ranking credit, not an exclusive or guaranteed rank. Competitor activity, UTC day changes, refunds, disputes, and moderation can change rankings. We do not promise impressions, clicks, conversions, or continued operation forever. Any applicable taxes or charges are shown at checkout.

Cancellations and refunds

You can leave checkout before paying. Advertising begins when payment is confirmed. Contact support with your order reference if you believe a charge was incorrect or a paid placement was not delivered. Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law. We do not automatically refund completed advertising because of a lower rank or limited engagement. If we cannot provide a purchased placement, contact us for a correction or refund. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded.

Acceptable use

Do not submit illegal, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content; impersonate others; interfere with the service; manipulate measurement; or misuse payment and refund systems. Keep private submission links confidential. We may suspend content or access to investigate abuse and protect the service.

Third-party products

Tool websites and payment services have their own terms and privacy practices. A listing is not a warranty, independent evaluation, or recommendation. Evaluate external tools for your needs before sharing data or making a purchase.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to maintain accurate rankings and reliable operation, but errors and interruptions can occur. Please report issues so we can investigate. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and we do not accept liability for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact
